Mid-Sussex, meet your studio
The Gatwick corridor is full of head offices, agencies and growing brands, and short of proper stages. Ours is an hour or less away: an infinity cove, green screen, rain rig and podcast suite in a 16th-century barn near Chichester.
Check a date See the ratesIn short: Granary Digital is a film, photo and podcast studio serving Horsham, Crawley and the Gatwick corridor, about an hour away near Chichester: infinity cove, green screen, rain rig and podcast suite, with dry hire from £295+VAT a half day and content days from £2,950+VAT.
Business density, studio scarcity
The corridor from Horsham up to Gatwick and Crawley is one of the busiest business belts in the South East: head offices, logistics, aviation, agencies and thousands of growing companies, all publishing content from meeting rooms and phone tripods, because the area has plenty of offices and almost no stages.
The nearest full-capability studio is closer than London in every way that costs money. Down the A24 or A272 to Adsdean near Chichester: a drive-in infinity cove, a pre-lit green screen with autocue, a soundproof podcast suite and a rain rig, with fifteen parking spaces and regional rates.
Corporate teams book the green screen for training and comms, marketing teams take a quarterly content day, and the podcast suite gives mid-Sussex businesses a produced show without a London session fee.

How it works
1. Brief call
Twenty minutes on what you do, who you want to reach and what the content is for. Free, and useful even if you never book.
2. The plan
We map a shot list and a running order to your calendar, so the day is booked against real posts and real campaigns.
3. The day
You and your people come to the barn. We direct, film and photograph the lot. Most clients say it is the easiest shoot they have done.
4. Edit & deliver
Cut, graded, captioned and sized per platform, delivered through a shared gallery ready to publish.

An hour that buys a different class of kit
From Horsham the run is the A272 or A24 then the A27, an hour or so door to door and against the traffic. What it buys is the difference between a backdrop in a meeting room and a lit stage with a grid, a cove and an engineer. Gatwick-based teams flying talent in are 70 minutes from arrivals to the studio floor.
Room only is on the rate card; done-for-you is the Content Studio.

Questions we get asked
How far is the studio from Horsham?
Around an hour by road, down the A24 or A272 and along the A27 to Adsdean, near Chichester.
We are near Gatwick. Does that work?
Yes. From the airport it is roughly 70 minutes, which teams flying talent or executives in use to their advantage: land, drive, shoot, fly out.
What do corporate teams book?
The green screen with autocue for training and internal comms, the cove for brand and product work, and the podcast suite for produced shows. Many roll all three into one content day from £2,950+VAT.
Is there a closer podcast studio?
There are voice booths closer. A multi-camera, engineer-run suite with an editing team behind it is what the hour buys, and packages start at £39/hour.
