Our own flypack and crew, on your site, cutting the show live. The gallery comes to you.
Get a quote See the ratesIn short: Granary Digital runs on-site multi-camera live production, vision mixing and streaming for festivals, live music, sport, worship and community events across the South of England. Our own crew and flypack cut the show live, drive the big screens and stream and record it. Quoted per event, a multi-camera day (crew of three) from around £2,000+VAT.
The gallery comes to you
Granary runs multi-camera shows in the barn every week: chat shows, panels, streamed launches, cut live on a vision mixer. This is that same gallery, packed into flight cases and driven to your event. We bring the cameras, the crew and the mixer, cut the show as it happens, drive the screens the crowd watches and the stream everyone else watches, and leave you with the recording.
We run it ourselves, start to finish. Not a box of kit dropped at the door, and not a London outside-broadcast truck with the invoice to match. One team, one point of contact, on your site for the day.
A festival cut live from the truck.
What we run
- Multi-camera capture, cut live on a vision mixer
- Blackmagic and Sony cameras, Blackmagic switchers, vMix streaming
- Big-screen relay: drive the venue's screens, or add LED screens to the package
- Managed stream on our own connectivity, never the venue wifi
- Every camera recorded in isolation for the edit
- Graphics, lower thirds and holding slides
- Remote contributors brought into the mix
Festivals and live music
The people near the stage see the band. Everyone else sees the screen. We cover the stage with enough cameras to make both worth watching, cut it live for the big screens, and stream and record the set at the same time. The recording is next year's promo, and the clips run all summer.
For promoters and venues who want the show to look as good on the screens and online as it does from the front row.
Sport, faith and community
Broadcast coverage for events that have never had a London budget for it. The same crew and the same kit, sized to the room.

Live sport
Pitch-side and elevated cameras, a live cut, replays and a stream for the fans who could not get to the ground.

Faith and worship
Calm, well-covered services streamed to the congregation at home and recorded for the week ahead, on a regular schedule if you want it.

Community events
Awards nights, town meetings and local festivals covered properly, with a screen in the room and a stream for everyone else.
Conferences and hybrid events
Corporate events work the same way: stage sound that is clear at the back, camera coverage that follows the energy, remote speakers brought into the room and an online audience that sees a programme rather than a security camera. At your venue, or on our stage where the White Space stages launches and town halls and the streaming rig is already cabled.
What it costs
Quoted per event. Audience size, venue, programme length and what the stream needs all move the number. As a guide, a single-stage multi-camera day starts around £2,000+VAT, with a crew of three, vision mixing, a managed stream and the recording. A corporate single-room hybrid with two cameras is from around £1,500+VAT. Recces and rehearsals are itemised, never hidden.

Questions we get asked
Do you travel to our event?
Yes. We cover the South of England as standard and travel further by arrangement. For anything with moving parts we recce the venue first, and that is part of the quote, not a surprise on the invoice.
How is this different from an AV hire company?
An AV company drops kit and leaves. We run the show. Our crew rigs the cameras, cuts the pictures live on a vision mixer, drives the screens the crowd watches and the stream the people at home watch, and hands you the recording afterwards. One team, one number to call.
How reliable is the stream?
We bring our own connectivity and never rely on the venue wifi. For anything broadcast-critical we bond multiple connections and test the full chain before doors. A stream is an event with no second take, so we plan it like one.
Can you put the live feed on big screens at the venue?
Yes. We can drive the venue's existing screens, or add LED screens to the package, so the crowd at the back sees the same close-ups as the audience at home. Tell us the venue and we will size it.
What kit do you use?
Blackmagic and Sony cameras, Blackmagic vision mixers and vMix for the stream. You can take the camera and switching on their own, or add LED screens to the package. We carry spares for anything the show depends on.
Can you record as well as stream?
Always, and we recommend it. Every camera records in isolation, so a one-day event becomes a stream on the day and months of clips afterwards. Our AI brand services can turn that footage round for you.
What does it cost?
Every event is quoted on its own: number of cameras, the venue, how long the programme runs and what the stream needs. As a guide, a single-stage multi-camera day with a crew of three, vision mixing, a managed stream and the recording starts around £2,000+VAT. Recces and rehearsals are itemised, never hidden.
