In the room and on the stream
An event now has two audiences: the one in the seats and the one on the link. We mix for both. Stage sound that is clear at the back, camera coverage that follows the energy, and a stream that holds when the venue wifi does not, because we never use the venue wifi.
Where we work
Your venue: hotels, conference centres, offices and the occasional field. Or ours: the White Space stages launches and town halls for up to broadcast scale, with the Grain Hopper as green room and the streaming rig already cabled.
What it costs
Event AV is quoted per event: audience size, venue, programme length and stream requirements move the number. As a guide, a single-room hybrid event with two cameras, vision mixing and a managed stream starts around £1,500+VAT. Recces and rehearsals are itemised, never hidden.

What does event AV cover?
Sound reinforcement, lighting, projection and screens, vision mixing, presentation switching, live streaming and recording. One team, one kit list, one person to call when the lectern microphone misbehaves.
Do you travel?
Yes, across the South of England as standard and further by arrangement. Venue recces are part of the quote for anything complex.
Can you make a hybrid event feel like one event?
That is the job: remote speakers brought into the room, room audio mixed for the stream, and an online audience that sees a programme rather than a security camera.
Can you record the event for content afterwards?
Yes, and we recommend it. A day of conference talks becomes months of clips, and our AI brand services can handle the repurposing.
