The Old Grainstore is a 16th-century barn at Adsdean, near Funtington, fifteen minutes west of Chichester city centre and straight off the A27. Chichester and Havant stations are both fifteen minutes away, London is about two hours by road off-peak, and the fifteen parking spaces outside the door mean nobody circles the city looking for a permit. Sat-navs take PO18 9DN to the gate; in a taxi, say Adsdean rather than Funtington or you overshoot. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
By road, off-peak: 15 minutes from Chichester station and 15 from Havant station.

The Green Space is a pre-lit chroma stage with autocue from £40+VAT an hour. The Podcast Studio is a 4.5m by 4.5m treated room with three 4K cameras. The Grain Hopper is a private meeting and workshop room from £25+VAT an hour. Every hire includes the house lighting and grip; crew is booked on top from the rate card.
