In short: As at 5 November 2026, Granary Digital uses AI tools for writing and research, voice and narration, image and video concepts, motion graphics drawn in code, automation and social publishing. Each has a named job. A person checks anything public before it goes out, and voices are used only with consent and labelled as synthetic where they are used.
This page lists the kinds of AI tool we use in our studio work, what each one is for, and where a person checks the result. It is dated 5 November 2026 and will be replaced when the list changes. It names a tool only where we use it, and it does not rank tools against each other.
Writing, research and planning
We use an AI writing assistant, Claude, to draft pages, briefs and first versions of scripts, and to check facts against sources. The studio's own fact sheet is the record for prices, room sizes and contact details, and the assistant is told to use that record rather than its own memory.
Voice and narration
We use a voice tool, ElevenLabs, for narration. Voices are either our own presenter, used with written permission, or a voice made with the speaker's consent. Where a synthetic voice is used for narration, it is labelled as synthetic. Our website also has a chat assistant that answers questions and passes enquiries to the studio.
Images and video
We use Higgsfield for concept images, layout references and some social clips. Generated pictures of our spaces are checked against the real rooms before they are used, so that nothing shows a room that does not exist. A generated image is never presented as a photograph of a client's work.
Motion graphics
Logo stingers, lower thirds and brand stings are drawn in code from HTML and rendered to video, using HyperFrames and GSAP. These pieces hold graphics, type and the logo only. They contain no photographic footage.
Automation and the website
Some automations run in Make, and the enquiry handling on the website runs as AWS Lambda functions. Automation moves information between tools, and it does not decide what is published.
Social publishing
We schedule posts through Postiz. A person approves each post before it goes out, and that approval is the step that decides whether the post is published.
Where a person stays in the loop
Every AI-assisted output that goes public is looked at by a person first. Written copy is checked against the fact sheet. Images are checked against the real subject, and voices are checked for consent and labelling. Where a platform asks us to say that content was made with AI, we do.
If you want to work out where AI fits in your own business, The AI Studio is the offer built for that, and it starts with a conversation. For the wider question of AI in video, read what is real in AI video for small businesses. To decide between a generated image and a real shoot, see when to use AI and when to shoot it.

Questions we get asked
What AI tools does Granary Digital use?
As at 5 November 2026, we use an AI writing assistant for drafting and research, a voice tool for narration with consent, an image and video generator for concepts, code for motion graphics, and automation for the website and scheduling. Each one has a stated job on this page.
Does Granary Digital publish AI-made content without checking it?
No. Social posts are approved by a person before they go out, and generated images of our spaces are checked against the real rooms before use.
Which AI tools should a small business use for video?
That depends on the job. This page lists what we use and why, rather than recommending a product. For a plan for your own business, the AI Studio starts with a conversation.
