Drive your car onto the studio stage
A short drive from the Goodwood circuit, in a 16th-century barn near Chichester: a lit stage your car drives straight onto, for cinematic photographs and film.
In short: Granary Digital is a drive-on car photography and film studio in a 16th-century barn near Chichester, West Sussex, a short drive from the Goodwood circuit. Your car comes through the studio doors onto a lit infinity-cove stage for cinematic stills and film. White Space hire from £295+VAT a half day.
Off the circuit, onto the stage
Goodwood brings some of the best cars in the world to this corner of West Sussex twice a year. If yours is one of them, it can spend an hour off the tarmac and under studio lights. We open the studio doors, you drive your car straight onto the stage, and we photograph and film it on a lit set inside a restored 16th-century barn a short drive from the circuit.
No car-park backdrops, no roadside snaps. A controlled stage, proper lighting, and a finished set of images and video you will want to hang, post and keep.
Around Festival of Speed and Revival
The studio runs car sessions in the days around both Goodwood events:
- Festival of Speed, 9–12 July 2026. Modern supercars, hypercars and current race cars. Dramatic, social-first stills and a short vertical film for the feed.
- Goodwood Revival, 18–20 September 2026. Pre-1966 classics and period racers. Editorial, timeless photographs and fine-art prints, in keeping with the 2026 La Dolce Vita theme.
People travel with their cars for both, so studio slots around those dates go quickly. If you are coming down, book ahead.
Classics and modern, shot to suit
The same stage, framed for the car. A 1960s Aston or Alfa gets warm, editorial light and a quiet gallery finish. A current Lamborghini or McLaren gets bold colour and movement for the scroll. Tell us the car and what it is for, and we light it that way.

Sample looks on the studio stage. Bring your car and we light it to suit.
