Hospitality is bought with the eyes, weeks in advance
Nobody books a tasting room, a wedding venue or a weekend away from a paragraph. They book from pictures and thirty-second films, usually found on a phone, usually weeks before they travel. The venues that fill their calendars are the ones with a steady supply of both.
The problem is supply. A chef can plate for a photographer once; nobody can do it every fortnight in service. So we batch it. One day covers the new menu on a styled tabletop, the room details, the team, and a set of vertical clips for the months ahead. Shot at our barn near Chichester, at your venue, or split across both.
Sussex wine and South Downs tourism are on our doorstep, and the barn itself has hosted enough events to know what a venue needs on its feed: not one hero film a year, but a season of good posts.
One booking, a full season
Studio tabletop, location filming, or both in one plan.

Food & drink tabletop
Menus, serves and bottles shot with controlled studio light, the kind of frames a busy kitchen can never stage mid-service. Vineyards and breweries: this is where the bottle shots come from.

Chef & maker films
Your head chef plating, your winemaker in harvest, your brewer talking through the new cask. People book people, and this is the content that gets shared.

Location & lifestyle days
We come to you for rooms, views, weddings and events, and stage lifestyle scenes that sell the feeling of the stay. Quoted per venue and season.

How it works
1. Brief call
Twenty minutes on what you do, who you want to reach and what the content is for. Free, and useful even if you never book.
2. The plan
We map a shot list and a running order to your calendar, so the day is booked against real posts and real campaigns.
3. The day
You and your people come to the barn. We direct, film and photograph the lot. Most clients say it is the easiest shoot they have done.
4. Edit & deliver
Cut, graded, captioned and sized per platform, delivered through a shared gallery ready to publish.

Questions we get asked
Do you shoot at our venue or your studio?
Either, and usually both. Tabletop food and drink work is better under studio light; rooms, views and events need your venue. The plan splits the day to suit, and travel for location days is quoted upfront.
Can you shoot a menu without disrupting service?
Yes. Tabletop days at the studio take the pressure off entirely: the kitchen plates in the morning, we shoot all day, service never notices. For in-venue shoots we work around your quiet windows.
What about weddings and events content?
Open days, styled shoots and real events all work. For filmed live events with big screens and streaming, our event production team covers that separately; ask on the brief call.
How often should a venue book?
Quarterly matches the seasons, which is how hospitality is bought. Each day banks the next three months of posts, menus and campaign shots.
What does it cost?
A Content Day is from £2,950+VAT, a Half-Day Starter from £1,250+VAT. Location days are quoted with travel per venue. Every job is quoted before you commit.
